The story of Prophet Adam (عليه السلام) is mentioned in several religious texts, including the Quran and the Bible. In Islam, the story is primarily derived from the Quran, and here is a summary:

Creation: Allah created Prophet Adam from clay or dust. He was the first human being and the first prophet. Allah breathed His spirit into Adam, giving him life.

Dwelling in Paradise: Adam and his wife Hawwa (Eve) were placed in Paradise (Jannah) with the command not to approach a specific tree. However, Satan tempted them, and they ate from the forbidden tree. This act was disobedience to Allah's command.

Expulsion from Paradise: After eating from the forbidden tree, Adam and Hawwa realized their mistake and sought Allah's forgiveness. Allah, in His mercy, forgave them but decreed that they must leave Paradise and live on Earth. Adam was also appointed as a prophet to guide his descendants.

Prophethood: Adam and Hawwa descended to Earth, where they became the first humans. Allah granted Adam prophethood and taught him various skills. He and Hawwa had many children, and from them, humanity spread across the Earth.

Death and Legacy: Prophet Adam lived for several hundred years and witnessed the growth of his progeny. Before his death, he appointed his son Seth (Shieth) as his successor and passed on guidance to his children. Adam is highly respected in Islam as the first prophet and the father of humanity.

The story of Prophet Adam emphasizes the concepts of obedience to Allah's commands, seeking forgiveness for mistakes, and the significance of guidance through prophethood. It serves as a foundational narrative in Islamic teachings about the relationship between humans and their Creator.
